TIL There is a subreddit called RateMyTortilla to rate one’s Spanish tortilla*.
- basically an egg, potato, and onion omelette. One cooks thinly-sliced potato and onion low and slow in olive oil, strains, cools, combines with eggs, cooks low and slow, flips, and finishes. Yum.
